Credit Card
When making the payment for your order by credit card, you will be directly forwarded to a secure page (SSL) of the Bank responsible for completing the transaction (payment gateway website). On this page, you can enter all your credit card details with total peace of mind.
If the payment is successful, you will receive instant confirmation and the only thing the bank sends us is a receipt number. The online transaction is completely secure due to the fact that nobody apart from the bank in charge of the transaction will have knowledge of your Credit Card codes.

- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express for euro transactions
We also accept all rechargeable credit cards, provided they are associated with an international network (e.g. Visa or Mastercard).
At the time the order is made, the card issuing Bank will only "hold" the amount relating to the Purchase ("Authorization hold"). It means that the funds are only deducted from your Credit Card's limit but are still not transferred to us. The total amount that you have to pay in relation to the purchase order, will be effectively charged on the your credit card, only the day after the dispatch, even if partial, of the products purchased.
However, in the event that dispatch take place following the Authorisation expiring date (i.e. for "On-Demand" products or reservations of New Stock, etc.), we reserve the right to charge the amount prior the shipment, in order to prevent such expiry.
In certain cases, our Customer Service department may contact you to request further information intended to determine the legal owner of the credit card. In this case, the shipping times shall be deemed to commence from the time that these checks are completed.
On your credit card statement, will be shown "Ecommerce Outsourcing S.r.l." store.
Any time a contract is terminated and the order subsequently cancelled, prior the amount has been effectively charged on your credit card, we will request to the Bank the release of the amount "held". The release time will depend exclusively on your credit card issuer and, for certain cards, may reach its natural expiry deadline (which is generally 24 days from Authorization date).
PayPal
PayPal is an electronic wallet that allows you to pay and receive money via the internet. To use this form of payment, you must have a PayPal account connected to your account and a credit card or a prepaid card. If you do not have it, you can easily open it by registering on PayPal’s official website.
If you already are a PayPal account holder and choose to pay using this payment method, after submitting your order you will be forwarded to the PayPal checkout page (safe and secure transaction SSL) where all you need to do is enter your login credentials that you chose when signing up to PayPal.
If the payment is successful, Paypal shall immediately charge the amount for the purchase made to your account, while sending us a confirmation for your order at the same time.
At no time during the purchase process, we will be able to know any information related to your credit card or to the other payment methods chosen by you in your PayPal wallet. The data will not be accessible by us or third parties neither at the time of placing the order, nor afterwards.

Scalapay
How does Scalapay work?
Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 interest-free instalments with complete security.

Select Scalapay as your payment method at checkout and, after confirming your order details, you will be asked to log into your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you don't have one, you can create one from the Scalapay login page, before completing your order. Add a debit or credit card from which the instalments will be taken and complete your order in a few clicks.

You can choose to pay with Scalapay for orders of up to €1,000 (including any delivery charges).
Instalment term

You will be charged the first instalment immediately upon purchase. The next 2 instalments will be debited monthly.
- First instalment: at the time of purchase
.
- Second instalment: 1 month after purchase
.
- Third and last instalment: 2 months after the day of purchase
Scalapay will inform you a few days before the expiry date of each instalment via SMS and email.
If one or more of the scheduled instalments are not paid correctly by the due date, you will be charged a late payment fee. If you have not paid before the due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will charge late payment fees as explained below:
- Payment made by the due date = no additional cost!

- Payment made more than 1 day late = up to EUR 6 extra cost

- Payment made more than 1 week late = additional €6 (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 per payment)

The total cost of commissions may not exceed 15% of the value of the loan (second and third instalments).
Payments accepted
To use Scalapay you need to link a payment method to your account. The instalments will be automatically debited from your default method.
Scalapay accepts all major credit and debit cards of the VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits and all major prepaid cards (including Postepay).
Cards from the Bancomat or Maestro circuits cannot be used.
