1) Shipment’s terms

Usually we process the order within 14 working days from the moment you receive a confirmation notice of your order.
From the moment the carrier takes charge of the shipment, shipping times, which depends on shipping method chosen and the country you want to ship the goods, are:

- Standard: 2/4 working days
- Express: 1/2 working days

- Cee: Express: 3/4 working days
- Extra Cee: Express: 5/10 working days ** except customs delays.

The cost of the shipment depends on shipping method chosen and the country you want to ship the goods:

Express – 15 €

Express – 30 €

Yes, you can choose that the order is sent to a different address than the billing / residence address; you just need to indicate the place for the delivery, provided that this address is within the same country from which you place the order.

As soon as the order is taken by the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of the shipment, whereby you can check the status of your order.

If you are not be present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a coupon in your mailbox or near the intercom, which notifies the time and date of passage.
The courier will re-attempt delivery again; even if in that case the delivery fails, the goods will enter in storage at the warehouses of the courier and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information for the release of the goods.

Yes; the date of the order refers to the time the order is placed and confirmed on our web site. Otherwise, the shipping date refers to the time when the good leaves our warehouse and are taken over by the carrier.

2) Payment’s terms

You can pay through the following ways:

The prices of the products sold on site are in Euros and include VAT, but exclude any customs fees imposed by individual countries.

To confirm you the correct execution of your order, you will receive an email within 10 working days from receipt of order in our system, with the summary data and confirmation of the order.
In case the order is not approved (egg incorrect data or no invalid credit card), you will receive an email notification within 10 working days from receipt of order.
The shipment of the goods will be made within 14 working days from the order confirmation date.

The amount paid will be charged to your bank account at the time of the order is placed.

3) Terms of purchase

Buy on site is fast and intuitive: enter the section E-shop menu and choose the product category of your interest; clicking on the product you like, you can go to its product page where you'll see in detail all relevant information in the article itself. You can filter results by type, color and price.

Then, choose the type of shipment you prefer and check or insert the shipping address.
In the page “Payment and resume” you can check all the information related to your order.
Clicking on “Complete purchase” you will be redirected to the Setefi payment page.
Finally, information about your order will be sent to and made the necessary checks on your transaction, we'll send you a thank you message informing you that your purchase has been successfully completed.

In general there are no limits, neither in quantity nor in amount; But you can buy a maximum of 20 items per shipment (single order).

4) Returns

Of course; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 working days from the time of receipt of the goods, without any penalty and / or motivation.
Return costs are at your expense; The refund will be made by Minoronzoni S.r.l within 14 working days of notification of authorization to return, as soon as we received the items.

In order to return your items, it’s necessary that:

- The product, its identification tag and the original packaging of the product are intact and undamaged.
- The return is done by the person which has place the order (not by some other person even if in case of a gift).
In case of purchase of a plurality of products you can choose to return one or all the products purchased.

- To return your items, you have to submit within 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods, a written notice, throughout an e-mail, which indicates your intention to proceed with the return of what you ordered.
- The return must be shipped at our head office: Minoronzoni S.r.l, Via Enrico Fermi - 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), within 14 working days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- The execution in return will only occur as a result of our authorization.
- Once you have communicated us the products for which you intend to make the return and the transaction number in the order, we'll send you an email of authorization to return and the Return Code.
- The packaging of the goods must be the original box in order to prevent the goods arrive at their destination deteriorated. If the original packaging is unusable, you can use an equivalent box in size and strength (you can choose to use a courier or mail service that allows a tracking of the shipment)
- When the return arrives at our head office, we will review the legality of the refund.
